HILL: 0
The girls varsity field hockey team played Hill to a 0-0 tie in their first game of the season. 8th graders Sydney Kelble, Tenley Nelson and Maddy Sluss led the way on both ends of the field, guiding our young team and demonstrating excellent skill and communication. Lexy Plotts played tough in goal, turning back several penalty corners to preserve the tie. Due to our small team size, our sixth graders this year were thrown right into a varsity level game, and did exceptionally well. We are looking forward to playing LCDS in two games next week!
